Nellis Area Spouses' Club

A non-profit, charitable and social organization
supporting Southern Nevada's military community and beyond

Charitable Support and Outreach

The Nellis Area Spouses' Club is well known for its vibrant social network of spouses, both current and retired, of military service members in the Southern Nevada area. But did you know that another equally important goal of the NASC is to foster the ideals of charity, community and fellowship?

First, we provide financial support to our community and beyond. We are commissioned to be good stewards of funds raised by our club in the way of scholarships and donations to deserving individuals and organizations.

Second, we provide support to our community through service. As members, you are cordially invited to participate in all charitable activities throughout the year. Some of them include: Volunteering at the Thrift Shop, Three Square Food Bank, Catholic Charities, participating in food drives and toy drives to benefit needy families during the holidays, serving special dinners on base in partnership with local shelters, supporting AADD on base and donating baked goods for cookie drives for our own Airmen in need. For many service activities, older children who would like to participate are welcome to be a party of this community outreach as well.

We provide aid to local and national charities, as well as to base wide organizations close to our hearts. While we welcome all applications, we specifically want to support causes focused on the military and military families. NASC touches the lives of many on our base, in our local community and nationwide. IN the spirit of thanksgiving for all sacrifices our spouses make and for all the local community groups which function to improve the lives of the families of the military personnel, we were with all our hearts and our hands.
